Welcome to the Limestone location of Summit Crossing Community Church. We are glad you are interested in visiting us! We are a church that exists to know the gospel, connect in gospel relationships and live out the gospel in the world. Here at our Limestone location, we hope you are able to experience the body of Christ function as a family on mission. We desire to see the good news of the kingdom flood Limestone County and overflow to the ends of the earth. If you desire to be a part of the mission God has called us to, we welcome you to come on this journey with us.
When you arrive, keep in mind that there is no entrance directly off US-31. You must turn onto Roy Long Rd to pull into the church parking lot. From there, all parking, including, handicapped, is clearly marked. There is also a covering to drop off right next to the front doors if needed.
When you enter the two main doors, you will be greeted by members of our connection team. They will be wearing green Summit Crossing shirts and are available to answer any questions you may have. They can direct you to our coffee bar, main worship gathering area, restrooms, or children’s check-in.
Families With Children
Summit Kids is for children from birth through 5th grade and takes place during both our 9 am and 11 am gatherings. Middle school and high school students are encouraged to join in the gathering with their parents on Sunday mornings, though more information regarding Summit Students is available on request.
Safety is a top priority for us on Sunday mornings. When you arrive, our Summit Kids team will be assist you in checking in your child. All community leaders serving in Summit Kids have had a background check, as well as appropriate training. All Summit Kids classes participate in age-appropriate versions of The Gospel Project.
During our Sunday morning gatherings, we sing together, pray together, read scripture, teach scripture, share in communion, and share in giving. Typically we sing corporately to start our gathering, then someone from our teaching team will share a message, followed by communion, and a few more songs.
If you are interested in connecting with us more closely, or learning more about the vision of Summit Crossing Limestone, please fill out a Visitor Connection Card found in the backs of the chairs in the main gathering area.
When the gathering is over, you are encouraged to stick around and get to know our church family. Our desire is that you would feel welcomed into our family like God has welcomed us into His.
