Kids

We have three environments created for kids. Starting at birth and continuing through 6th grade, our kids environments are designed to introduce kids to their Heavenly Father and to begin to form relationships with one another in a small group setting.

Waumba Land

"Land of the Creator"

Children are a high priority at SC3. We want our children to know from the very beginning how precious they are to God. Waumba Land (which means "land of the Creator" in Swahili) is our children's area for ages birth thru K4. Our desire is to provide a safe and engaging place where our children can experience God's love for them. We want all our Waumba Land kids to know that: "God loves them" "God made them" & "Jesus wants to be their friend forever."

Waumba Land is available during our 9:00, 11:00 AM & 5:00 PM services.

Kids Town

Kidstown is our children's ministry for ages K5 thru 4th grade. Our desire is to lead children towards a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. In Kidstown we utilize media, music, drama and God's word to teach our children about the adventure that is the Christian life.

We want our kids to grow up saying:
"I need to make the wise choice."
"I can trust God, no matter what."
"I should treat others with respect."

Kidstown meets each Sunday @ 9:00 & 11:00 AM

Grapple

Grapple is for 5th and 6th grade students.  During the 11:00 service each Sunday morning, Grapple meets in the upper room for games, small group time, and a creative message.  During the week students can visit mygrapple.com to vote on games, get clues for the next week and discuss what they talked about in Grapple the previous week.
